Deposits by Client. Client shall supply and maintain sealed locking or tamper resistant deposit bags. Deposit bags shall be sealed according to manufacturers' instructions. Client will prepare deposits in good order as follows: • Currency and Checks will be batched separately and reflected on separate deposit tickets fully completed by Client; • Currency will be banded with 100 notes of the same denomination whenever possible; • Deposits will be delivered by Client's Carrier to the secured facility specified by Bank; and • To receive same day credit, deposits must be made prior to the Cutoff Time established by Bank from time-to- time. Any deposits received by Bank after its Cutoff Time may be considered to have been received on the next Business Day. • Client may deposit coin and currency of the United States only and shall not deposit coin or currency of any other country. • For Clients identified as Money Service Businesses, Bank disallows Checks to be deposited in conjunction of this Service. Checks are prohibited from inclusion in deposits sent to be processed at cash vault site.
