Common use of Deposits By or on Behalf of Lenders to Constitute Advances Clause in Contracts

Deposits By or on Behalf of Lenders to Constitute Advances. With respect to each Borrower’s Account, all deposits and credits made into said accounts under the terms hereof by the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, and required to be so deposited or credited pursuant to a Draw Request or Conversion Request, shall constitute Advances by the Lenders under the terms hereof.
