(a) The Bank, at its sole discretion, is hereby authorized to act on Instructions, instruments or documents drawn or accepted in accordance with the instructions given in the Account Application or by attorney(s) duly authorized by the Customer without making any enquiry until such time as the Customer gives the Bank written notice to the contrary.
