Common use of Deposits into Escrow Account Clause in Contracts

Deposits into Escrow Account. The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial Complex, including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Fee: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. 23.4.1 The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Tipping Fee and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject, including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Feeamounts specified in Clause 17.3.2: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee Fee, deposits in all form and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject, including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Fee: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. 5.25.1 The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee Fees and other revenues collected from or in respect of the Project; c) any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject, including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (cd) all payments by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession FeeLease Rent and Inception Fee and Royalty: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject , including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the AuthorityMOPIT, after deduction of any other outstanding Annual Concession Feefee, if any: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee Annuities and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject Highway, including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the AuthorityMPRDC including Xxxxxxx, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Fee: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexProject, including the proceeds of any rentalsFees and/or Tuition Fee, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and; (c) all payments and disbursal of Grant by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Fee: Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.

Deposits into Escrow Account. 16.2.1 The Concessionaire shall deposit or cause to be deposited the following inflows and receipts into the Escrow Account: (a) all funds constituting the Financial Package; (b) all Fee and any other revenues from or in respect of the Bus Terminal and the Commercial ComplexTourism Infrastructure Complex , including the proceeds of any rentals, deposits, capital receipts or insurance claims; and (c) all payments by the Authority, after deduction of any outstanding Annual Concession Fee: . Provided that the Senior Lenders may make direct disbursements to the EPC Contractor in accordance with the express provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements.
