Display of Fee rates. 27.11.1 The Concessionaire shall, one kilometre before the Toll Plaza, 500 (five hundred) meters before the Toll Plaza and 50 (fifty) meters before entry to the Toll Plazas, prominently display the applicable rates of Fee for information of Users approaching the Toll Plaza and shall also publish and display such other information in such manner as may be prescribed under the Fee Rules.
27.11.2 The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, inform the Authority of the applicable Fee and the detailed calculation thereof. Such information shall be communicated at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the revision of Fee under and in accordance with the Fee Rules.
27.11.3 The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Fee payable under Fee Notification. In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire or collect Fee during periods when it is not entitled to do so, it shall, upon receiving a notice to this effect from the Authority, refund such excess amounts to the Authority along with Damages equal to 200% (two hundred percent) thereof.
Display of Fee rates. 23.10.1 The Concessionaire shall, 1 (one) kilometre before the Toll Plaza, 500 (five hundred) metres before the Toll Plaza and 50 (fifty) metres before entry to the Toll Plazas, prominently display the applicable rates of Fee for information of Users approaching the Toll Plaza and shall also publish and display such other information in such manner as may be prescribed under the Fee Rules.
23.10.2 The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, inform the Authority and the Independent Engineer of the applicable Fee and the detailed calculation thereof. Such information shall be communicated at least 75(seventy five) days prior to the revision of Fee under and in accordance with the Fee Rules.
23.10.3 The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Fee payable under the Fee Rules. In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire, it shall, upon receiving a notice to this effect from the Authority, refund such excess amounts to the Authority along with Damages equal to 25% (twenty five per cent) thereof, and in the event of non–payment by Concessionaire of such delinquent amount forthwith and in any case within seven days of issue of written notice by Authority, the same shall be recovered by encashment of Performance Security in which case the provisions of Clause 9 hereof shall apply in respect of replenishment of the Performance Security upon such encashment.
Display of Fee rates. 27.5.1 The Concessionaire shall conspicuously display the Fee structure at the entrance to the Ropeway Facility at least in English and Hindi.
27.5.2 The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, inform the Authority of the applicable Fee and the detailed calculation thereof. Such information shall be communicated at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the revision of Fee under and in accordance with this Agreement
27.5.3 The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Fee payable under this Agreement.
Display of Fee rates. The Concessionaire shall conspicuously display the Fee structure at each of the terminal stations of the Project at least in English, Hindi and Marathi. The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, inform the Authority of the applicable Fee. Such information shall be communicated at least one months prior to the revision of Fee under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Fee payable under this Agreement. In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire, it shall, upon receiving a notice to this effect from the Authority, refund such excess amounts to the Authority along with Damages equal to 4% percent thereof.
Display of Fee rates. 27.11.1 The Concessionaire shall, at the beginning of the Project Highway and near the Toll Plaza(s), prominently display the applicable rates of Fee for information of Users approaching from either side of the Project Highway.
27.11.2 The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, inform the MPRDC of the applicable Fee and the detailed calculation thereof. Such information shall be communicated at least 15 (fifteen) days prior to the revision of Fee under and in accordance with the Fee Notification.
27.11.3 The Concessionaire shall not revise, display or collect any amounts in excess of the rates of Fee payable under the Fee Notification. In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire, it shall upon receiving a notice to this effect from the MPRDC, refund such excess amounts to the MPRDC along with Damages equal to 25% (twenty five percent) thereof.

In the event any excess amounts are collected by or on behalf of the Concessionaire, it shall, upon receiving a notice to this effect from the MOPIT, refund such excess amounts to the MOPIT along with Damages equal to 25% (twenty five percent) thereof.
Display of Fee rates. 24.4.1 The Concessionaire shall, prominently display the applicable rates of Fee for information of Users at each of the Station and shall also publish and display such information on its website and Project brochure.
