Common use of Deposits into the Accounts Clause in Contracts

Deposits into the Accounts. (i) Except as otherwise contemplated in Section 4.1(G), the Borrower shall deposit or cause to be deposited all Collections directly into the Lockbox Account, the Collection Account or, in the case of proceeds of a Takeout Transaction, into the Takeout Transaction Account. (ii) Except as otherwise contemplated in Section 4.1(G), the Borrower shall direct, or cause to be directed, all Obligors to make all payments of any Eligible Solar Loans directly into the Lockbox Account. (iii) The Agent shall, and the Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent to, transfer all amounts on deposit in the Lockbox Account on or before the close of business of each Business Day to the Collection Account. (iv) The Borrower shall not and shall not permit the Managing Members to deposit into or otherwise credit (or cause to be deposited or credited), or consent to or fail to object to any such deposit or credit of, cash or cash proceeds other than Collections into the Collection Account.
