Deposits to Lock-Box Accounts Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to any Lock-Box Account cash or cash proceeds other than Collections of Pool Receivables.
Deposits to Special Accounts Except as otherwise provided in the Lock-Box Agreement, the Seller will not deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, to any Lock-Box Account cash or cash proceeds other than Collections in respect of the Collateral.
Deposits to Accounts Deposit or otherwise credit, or cause or permit to be so deposited or credited, or direct any Obligor to deposit or remit, any Collection or proceeds thereof (other than as remitted to Seller pursuant to Section 1.3(a)(ii) hereof) to any account (or related lock-box, if applicable) other than any Lock-Box Account covered by a Lock-Box Agreement.
Deposits to the Bank Account 3.1 The Selling Agents shall promptly deliver to the Escrow Agent all monies which they receive from prospective purchasers of the Securities, which monies shall be in the form of checks or wire transfers. Upon the Escrow Agent’s receipt of such monies, they shall be credited to the Escrow Account. All checks delivered to the Escrow Agent shall be made payable to “HIGHTIMES HOLDING CORP.’s. Escrow Account.” Any check payable other than to the Escrow Agent as required hereby shall be returned to the prospective purchaser, or if the Escrow Agent has insufficient information to do so, then to the applicable Selling Agent (together with any Subscription Information, as defined below or other documents delivered therewith) by noon of the next business day following receipt of such check by the Escrow Agent, and such check shall be deemed not to have been delivered to the Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Deposits to Collection Account The Servicer shall use its best efforts to deposit or cause to be deposited (without duplication), within two (2) Business Days after receipt thereof, into the Collection Account and retain therein in trust for the benefit of the Grantor Trust Holder:

Deposits to the Collection Account and Special Payments Account (a) The Subordination Agent shall, upon receipt thereof, deposit in the Collection Account all Scheduled Payments received by it (other than any Scheduled Payment which by the express terms hereof is to be deposited to a Cash Collateral Account).
Establishment of and Deposits to Escrow Account The Company shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to a Mortgage Loan constituting Escrow Payments separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Escrow Accounts, in the form of time deposit or demand accounts, titled, "National City Mortgage Corp., in trust for the Purchaser of Conventional Residential Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans, Group No. 2001-1 and various Mortgagors". The Escrow Accounts shall be established with a Qualified Depository, in a manner which shall provide maximum available insurance thereunder. Funds deposited in the Escrow Account may be drawn on by the Company in accordance with Section 4.07. The creation of any Escrow Account shall be evidenced by a certification in the form of Exhibit E-1 hereto, in the case of an account established with the Company, or by a letter agreement in the form of Exhibit E-2 hereto, in the case of an account held by a depository other than the Company.
