Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).
Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.
Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.
Disbursement Account means an account established and owned by Company and held at the Disbursement Institution against which wire transfers and ACH transfers are settled for payment of Loan Proceeds to Borrowers.
Management Accounts means the unaudited management accounts of the Group, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement for the period from the Balance Sheet Date to, and as at, 30 September 2014 as set out in the Disclosure Documents;
Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
Holding Account means an account:
Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.
Bank Accounts means those account(s) opened and maintained for the Trust by the Trustee at Banks, the beneficial ownerships in which shall vest in the Unit Holder(s).
Running Account Bill means a bill for the payment of "On Account" money to the Contractor during the progress of work on the basis of work done and the supply of non-perishable materials to be incorporated in the work.
Depository Account includes any commercial, checking, savings, time, or thrift account, or an account that is evidenced by a certificate of deposit, thrift certificate, investment certificate, certificate of indebtedness, or other similar instrument maintained by a Financial Institution in the ordinary course of a banking or similar business. A Depository Account also includes an amount held by an insurance company pursuant to a guaranteed investment contract or similar agreement to pay or credit interest thereon.
