Depot Level Maintenance. Repair requiring the overhaul, upgrading, or rebuilding of parts, assemblies, or subassemblies, and the testing and reclamation of equipment as necessary, regardless of the source of funds for the maintenance or repair or the location at which the maintenance or repair is performed.

Depot Level Maintenance. The Contractor shall perform all depot level maintenance on assigned watercraft, their systems and equipment, and other assigned port service areas and equipment. Depot Level maintenance shall be performed only after coordination and approval from the COR and PCO. Depot Level maintenance may require the use of outside resources, such a shipyards and industrial assistance. The Contractor shall conduct depot maintenance for the SEA FIGHTER (FSF-1) and each piece of equipment in accordance with the maintenance plan.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation.
