Common use of Depreciation of Charged Assets Clause in Contracts

Depreciation of Charged Assets. the Chargor shall not do or cause or permit to be done anything which can reasonably be expected in any way depreciate, jeopardise or otherwise prejudice the value of any of the Charged Assets taken as a whole. For the avoidance of doubt, no transfers at or above book value of any Charged Asset to the Listco or a company directly or indirectly wholly- owned by Listco shall be treated as a breach of this Clause; and
