The owner made a counteroffer of $56,300. Negotiations between the County Attorney’s office and the Owner’s attorney were carried out with an agreed price of $21,530.00 being the accepted price. Pasco County is responsible for seller’s attorney fees in the amount of $2,319.90, the seller’s appraiser’s fees in the amount of $5,500.00 negotiated down from $9,986.00, and seller’s engineering fees in the amount of $5,000.00, negotiated down from $8,946.25.
