(65) Empty and clean ashtrays at outside entrances to building and at entrance to offices from shop.
(76) Dust all office furniture, equipment, air vents, pictures, and display objects after completing buffing operation. Desks and tables shall be wiped clean of fingerprints.
(8) 7) Thoroughly clean and disinfect all fixtures, partitions, walls, and floors in all restrooms.
(9) 8) Clean and sanitize drinking fountains and wash basin.
(109) Clean and remove fingerprints from doors and frames, door glass, partition glass, and woodwork, and spot clean walls.
C. The following additional services shall be performed as requested by the State and will be paid for with a separate bid item. (bid item 7005-6005 Window Washing)
(1) Clean all venetian blinds with a soft cloth dampened with a suitable liquid cleaner.
(2) All windows shall be washed inside and out and screens cleaned.
D. The following additional services shall be performed as requested by the State and will be paid for with a separate bid item. (bid item 7005-6008 Mid-Day Cleaning)
(1) All walls Dust and spot clean lighting fixtures and surfaces of all heating and air vents shall be washedconditioning vents.
(2) Entrance areas, steps, and sidewalks at the front and rear of the building shall be washed clean with a water hose.
(3) Clean ceiling and light fixtures at entrance areas.
(4) All walls and air vents shall be washed.
E. The following additional services shall be performed as requested by the State and will be paid for with a separate bid item. (bid item 7005-6004 Stripping and Waxing)
(1) Steam clean carpets and upholstery.
(2) Stripping and waxing floors. (A liquid stripper solution shall be used to keep the surface wet followed by an application of three to five coats of a metal cross-linked acrylic finish to the surface of the tile. The use of xxxxx and black buffing pads is prohibited. The use of floor wax is prohibited.) Care is to be taken to not apply any cleaning agents or finishes to floor base trim trim, or carpetsfurniture. In the event this occurs, all affected floor base trim, and/or furniture shall be cleaned immediately to remove the cleaning agents.
(2) Steam clean carpets and upholstery.
F. The Provider shall provide supervision and on-the-job training to assure competent performance of the work where a representative other than the daily attendants shall make routine inspections in the presence of a State representative, at a minimum of once every month, to ensure the work is performed in accordance with the specifications. A written report of the inspections will be provided by the State.
