Description of Experience with Similar Projects. a. Provide a description of five projects that occurred within the past five years which reflect experience and expertise needed in performing the functions described in the “Scope of Services” portion of this RFP. For each of the five examples provided, a contact person from the client organization involved should be listed, along with that person’s telephone number and email address. Please note that contract history with the any states on the Sourcing Team, whether positive or negative, may be considered in rating proposals even if not provided by the Bidder.
