The work covered by the items is fully specified in the relevant clauses in the specification and/or shown on the drawing/s. General directions and descriptions of work and material given in the Specifications are not repeated in the Schedule of Quantities. Reference shall be made to the Specifications, Special Provisions and General Conditions of Contract for this information.
