As of the Effective Date, the legal description of the Premises attached to the Lease as Exhibit A is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the legal description attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A. Accordingly, from and after the Effective Date, all references in the Lease to Exhibit A shall be deemed to refer to Exhibit A attached to this Amendment.
