Descriptive Headings and Section References. The descriptive headings of this Agreement are for convenience only, and shall be of no force or effect in construing or interpreting any of the provisions of this Agreement. References to “Articles”, “Sections” and “Clauses” shall be deemed to be references to articles, sections and clauses of this Agreement. In this Agreement, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa and the words “including” and “include” shall be deemed to be followed by the phrasewithout limitation.”
