Descriptive Headings; Certain Interpretations. (a) Descriptive headings are for convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any term or provision of this Agreement. (b) The following rules of interpretation apply to this Agreement: (i) wherever it appears appropriate from the context, each term stated in either the singular or plural shall include the singular and the plural, and pronouns stated in either the masculine, feminine or neuter shall include the masculine, feminine and neuter; (ii) "or" and "any" are not exclusive and "include" and "including" are not limiting; and (iii) a reference to any agreement or other contract includes permitted supplements and amendments.
