Recycling. If this Agreement provides for the purchase or use of goods specified in PCC 12207 (for example, certain paper products, office supplies, mulch, glass products, lubricating oils, plastic products, paint, antifreeze, tires and tire-derived products, and metal products), this section is applicable with respect to those goods. Without limiting the foregoing, if this Agreement includes (i) document printing, (ii) parts cleaning, or (iii) janitorial and building maintenance services, this section is applicable. Contractor shall use recycled products in the performance of this Agreement to the maximum extent doing so is economically feasible. Upon request, Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the PCC 12200, in such goods regardless of whether the goods meet the requirements of PCC 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of PCC 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply.

Recycling. The Contractor shall certify in writing under penalty of perjury, the minimum, if not exact, percentage of post consumer material as defined in the Public Contract Code Section 12200, in products, materials, Goods, or supplies offered or sold to the State regardless of whether the product meets the requirements of Section 12209. With respect to printer or duplication cartridges that comply with the requirements of Section 12156(e), the certification required by this subdivision shall specify that the cartridges so comply (PCC 12205).
Recycling. To the maximum extent economically feasible in the performance of the Contract Contractor shall use recycled paper (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(gg)), recycled XXXX products (as defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(hh)), and other recycled plastic resin products and recycled products (as “recycled product” is defined in ORS 279A.010(1)(ii).
Recycling. The processing of used materials into new products in order to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air and water pollution, reduce the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to virgin production and creates jobs. Recycling Revenue: Revenue generated from the sale of recyclable materials.

Recycling. 10.1 If the project proposal includes demolition, the contractor is required to salvage or recycle construction and demolition debris, if feasible and cost- effective in accordance with ORS 279C.510(1).
Recycling. In the performance of this Contract the Contractor shall use, to the maximum extent economically feasible, recycled paper.
Recycling. (a) To the extent the Master Fund is authorized to retain or recall for reinvestment proceeds received by the Master Fund from the Underlying Funds, the Fund may retain or recall such amounts as the General Partner, in its sole discretion, deems necessary or desirable to facilitate such reinvestment (which may include the payment of fees or expenses of the Master Fund, as well as investment in Underlying Funds).
Recycling. The Contractor shall give preference to the use of products containing recycled content in the performance of the Work. The Contractor shall cooperate with any recycling program established for the site of the work or available through the state or a political subdivision of the state. Access to the Work: The Contractor shall provide the Agency with unrestricted access to the Work in preparation and progress wherever located.
