Design Change Management. 14.1 The Design Professional shall have authority to order minor changes in the Work not involving an adjustment in the contract sum or an extension of the contract time and which are not inconsistent with the intent of the Contract Documents. Such minor changes shall be effected by written order issued through Owner.
