Design Changes During Negotiation. If, during the review and negotiation of GMP Proposals, design changes are required, the City will authorize the revision of the Construction Documents to the extent necessary to reflect the agreed-upon assumptions and clarifications contained in the final approved GMP Proposal. Such revised Construction Documents will be furnished to the Job Order Contractor. The Job Order Contractor will promptly notify the City Representative if any such revised Construction Documents are inconsistent with the agreed-upon assumptions and clarifications.
