DESIGN COMPETITIONS. After agreeing with the employer, the employee has the right to participate in design competitions outside their employment relationship. The employee is prohibited from carrying out work for others or engage in ac- tivities that, given the nature of the work and the employee’s status, evidently xxxxx the employer as a competitive act contrary to good customs followed in an employment relationship. Work considered as this kind of competitive act against the employer must be agreed with the employer.
