Common use of Design Consultant Clause in Contracts

Design Consultant. The individual(s) or firm(s) under contract with City to provide design or engineering services for the Project and responsible for preparing the Contract Documents for the Project. The term "Design Consultant" means Design Consultant or Design Consultant's authorized representative.
