Supporting Services. 2.2.1 The Owner shall furnish a program setting forth the Owner’s objectives, schedule, constraints and criteria, including space requirements and relationships, special equipment, systems and site requirements. 2.2.2 The Architect shall engage a surveyor to furnish surveys to describe physical characteristics, legal limitations and utility locations for the site of the Project, and a written legal description of the site. The surveys and legal information shall include any information needed by Architect, including without limitation grades and lines of streets, alleys, pavements and adjoining property and structures; adjacent drainage; rights-of-way, restrictions, easements, encroachments, zoning, deed restrictions, boundaries and contours of the site; locations, dimensions and necessary data with respect to existing buildings, other improvements and trees; and information concerning available utility services and lines, both public and private, above and below grade, including inverts and depths. All the information on the survey shall be referenced to a Project benchmark. 2.2.3 The Owner shall make available to Architect reports of geotechnical engineers which may include but are not limited to test borings, test pits, determinations of soil bearing values, percolation tests, evaluations of hazardous materials, ground corrosion tests and resistivity tests, including necessary operations for anticipating subsoil conditions, with reports and appropriate recommendations. Such reports and related information are provided to the Architect for information only. Owner makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of such reports and related information. The Architect shall be solely responsible to analyze and interpret such reports and related information in performing its design services as set forth herein. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Architect shall not be liable for any subsurface conditions provided (i) Architect has no knowledge of such conditions as of the date of the Contract, and (ii) such conditions were not identified in the subsurface documentation, as applicable.

Supporting Services. (a) Each ORMVA shall: (i) collect charges as established by the Borrower in accordance with paragraph (d) of Section 2 of Schedule 5 to the Loan Agreement for the soils analysis services it provides under Section 4 (a) of the Project Annex which would allow said ORMVA, under conditions of efficient operation at reasonable levels of capacity utilization, to cover its operating costs related to said services, earn an adequate return on funds invested for said purposes, meet its financial obligations in respect thereof, and make a reasonable contribution to future investment for expansion of capacity in respect of soils analysis services; and (ii) maintain separate records and accounts adequate to reflect in accordance with sound accounting practices its activities relating to soils analysis and include said records and accounts in the audits of said ORMVA to be carried out pursuant to Section 4.01 (b) of this Agreement. (b) Each ORMVA shall conclude, not later than December 31, 1994, and thereafter maintain, with the Department responsible for crop protection within the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture and Agricultural Department, arrangements, satisfactory to the Bank, designed to facilitate the proper development and operation by each ORMVA of the pest infection warning network referred to in Section 4 (c) of the Project Annex.
Supporting Services. The legal representation plan for each jurisdiction should provide counsel appointed pursuant to these Standards with investigative, expert, and other services necessary to prepare and present an adequate defense. These should include not only those services and facilities needed for an effective defense at trial, but also those that are required for effective defense representation at every stage of the proceedings, including the sentencing phase.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Ongoing Services It is important to review every investment you hold and at regular intervals. This is confirmed in our ‘service proposition and engagement’ document which will be sent to you separately from this agreement.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Financial Planning Services The Executive shall receive financial planning services, on an in-kind basis, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the Date of Termination. Such financial planning services shall include expert financial and legal resources to assist the Executive with financial planning needs and shall be limited to (i) current investment portfolio management, (ii) tax planning, (iii) tax return preparation, and (iv) estate planning advice and document preparation (including xxxxx and trusts); provided, however, that the Company shall provide such financial planning services during any taxable year of the Executive only to the extent the cost to the Company for such taxable year does not exceed $25,000. The Company shall provide such financial planning services through a financial planner selected by the Company, and shall pay the fees for such financial planning services. The financial planning services provided during any taxable year of the Executive shall not affect the financial planning services provided in any other taxable year of the Executive. The Executive’s right to financial planning services shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit. Such financial planning services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(iv).

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.
