Design Criteria Documents. The combination of items 2.a through 2.g, as outlined above, shall comprise the “Design Criteria Document”, which will stipulate the specific Basis of Design, design criteria and requirements of the project, to be utilized by the Design-Build Entity (DBE) to complete the design and construction of the project under a Design-Build project delivery method. The Design Criteria Documents shall be included in the Design-Build Request for Proposals as the document, which defines the Districts requirements and parameters for the building design and site improvements, which the DBE’s design will be held to for compliance.
