Design Engineering. Description - Designs and monitors construction of electric transmission and distribution lines and substations.
Design Engineering. To perform detailed design work for Client Company for fossil-fueled generating plants, hydroelectric generating plants, transmission lines and substations and otherwise as required by Client Company; to make available to Client Company and other client companies as required, the services of a specialist or specialists on various phases of plant operation; and also to make available as required, inspection and supervision personnel for generating plant, transmission line and substation and other construction and operation.
Design Engineering. ABB will schedule and proceed with design engineering work upon receipt of new or revised purchase order acknowledgment.
Design Engineering. Design of plant along with drawings and selection of components as per standard provided by the DISCOM/SERC/MNRE for best performance and safety of the plant.
Design Engineering. Designs and monitors construction of electric transmission and distribution lines and substations. Costs of a general nature are allocated using the Transmission Construction Expenditures Ratio or the Distribution Construction Expenditures Ratio, whichever is appropriate.
Design Engineering. The following identifies the activities, roles and responsibilities associated with engineering/development Services that are specific to this Schedule. Additional activities include:
Design Engineering. Utility Developer shall engage an Approved Engineer to design the Utility Improvements to meet all City requirements and specifications, including but not limited to the size and type of material used. Utility Developer shall furnish all engineering and/or design plans and specifications to the City Contact prior to contracting for construction of the Project. The City Contact may disapprove, in writing, such plans or specifications in the his/her reasonable discretion. If the plans are disapproved, upon request of the Utility Developer, the City Authorized Designee shall review the determination, and provide written explanation of the reasons for disapproval. If Utility Developer wishes to make a change in the Approved Engineer, Utility Developer shall submit a request to make such change, and the reasons for such a change, to the City Contact for approval/disapproval in his/her reasonable discretion, which shall be given in a timely manner.

Design Engineering. (a) Unless stated in Seller’s quote, all new designs and drawings are done to Buyer’s specification. Final designs and drawings must be accepted by Buyer prior to beginning production.
(b) All engineering is the property of the Seller unless other arrangements have been made in writing between Seller and Buyer. All rights, title and interest in and to any and all intellectual property rights in and to Seller's products and services, and all underlying methods, processes, ideas, concepts, information and know-how related thereto, and otherwise owned or licensed by Seller shall remain vested in Seller.
(c) All materials, drawings, photographs, tools, dies, and other engineering and manufacturing materials and proprietary information, and any and all intellectual property rights therein, furnished by Buyer to the Seller shall remain Buyer’s property, shall not be copied by Seller without Buyer’s prior written consent and shall with any and all copies thereof be returned to Buyer upon request, all such property shall be subject to removal and shall be used only for the Purchase Order, and shall be treated as proprietary information. (d) Notes, correspondence, and reports prepared by Seller in connection with discussions between the parties are business records and such copies need not be returned and is not subject to removal.
