Design Loads. 1. Structural loading imposed by any of Tenant’s Work on a temporary or permanent basis shall not exceed the following allowable live loads: a. Stores located on supported slabs (levels other than on-grade): 75 lbs. per square foot. b. Common Areas, mall courts, and galleries: 75 lbs. per square foot. c. On-grade slabs: 125 lbs. per square foot. d. Roof: 20 lbs. per square foot.
