Design Phase Deliverables. In addition to the provisions in Article 1, Basic Services, the Designer also shall comply strictly with all of the provisions of the document entitled, "The University of Alabama Design Phase Deliverables," and “The University of Alabama Building Information Modeling (BIM) Guidelines and Standards for Architects, Engineers, and Contractors” which is expressly incorporated into and made a part of the Agreement by reference. The Designer acknowledges that it has received a copy of "The University of Alabama Design Phase Deliverables" in a compact disc format, and within five (5) days after its receipt of the compact disc, the Designer will give written notice to Owner of any difficulty in accessing or reading the materials on the compact disc. Upon request, Owner will furnish to Designer a printed version of the latest edition of the "The University of Alabama Design Phase Deliverables."
Design Phase Deliverables. 5.10.1 In accordance with the Project Schedule, for each Deliverable Portion of Work, Design-Builder shall prepare and submit to Owner Parties its initial design, including a report identifying any deviations from the Project Criteria, and: (i) a Site plan; (ii) the applicable schematic design; and (iii) updated budgets and pricing estimates (collectively, the “Preliminary Design Deliverable”).
5.10.2 Owner Parties shall review the Preliminary Design Deliverable and either approve in writing of, or comment on, the same. Design-Builder shall revise the Preliminary Design Deliverable in accordance with Owner Parties’ comments until Owner approves the same in writing. The Preliminary Design Deliverable shall not be deemed to modify the Project Criteria unless Owner and Design-Builder enter into a change in accordance with Article 10 of the General Conditions.

Design Phase Deliverables. CxA agrees to direct and timely provide Professional Services to facilitate the following Deliverables for TFC and its Contractors and resolve all items of exception noted, including the following:
Design Phase Deliverables. 3.1.1. For major Design Phase Submittals at Conceptual/Schematic Design “SD” (30%), Design Development “DD” (70%) and Contract Documents “CD” (100%), the level of completion is stated as an average of all documentation. The level of completion of individual documents may vary from the average in order to ensure that adequate information is provided to support the cost proposal made in conjunction with the document submittal.
a. Design Phase Submittal documentation shall include an update to the Programming Documents.
b. Level of completion should be greatest for systems, sub systems or components where additional detail will substantially increase pricing accuracy.
c. Level of completion must be adequate to define the quality and extent of systems, sub-systems or components in sufficient detail to serve as the baseline for Design-Builder's Project delivery.
d. Certain systems, sub systems or components may have less detailed documentation and still adequately support estimating and scope definition.
