Design Professional Services Indemnification. To the fullest extent permitted by law (including, without limitation, California Civil Code Section 2782.8), with respect to the performance of Design Professional services, Design Professional shall indemnify and hold harmless the City, its officers, or employees, from all claims, demands or liability that arise out of, pertain to or relate to the negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct of Design Professional or Design Professional’s officers or employees.
