Common use of Design Professional Clause in Contracts

Design Professional. The Design-Builder shall, in accordance with this Agreement, include as a part of its business organization or employ a registered design professional to provide all design services for the Project. All work submitted by the Design Professional is subject to peer review by the Program Manager. The terms “Design Professional” and “Program Manager” include engineers, surveyors, designers and the other consultants retained by the Design Professional and Program Manager.

Design Professional. All work submitted by the Design-Builder’s Design Professional is subject to peer review by the Program ManagerExecutive Administrator or other representative engaged by Owner. The terms term “Design Professional” and “Program Manager” include includes engineers, surveyors, designers and the other consultants retained by the Design Professional and Program ManagerProfessional.
