Common use of Design Professional Clause in Contracts

Design Professional. Any notice may be served upon Design Professional by delivering it, in writing, to Design Professional at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to Design Professional at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of the notice to Design Professional’s facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement. Notice is effective only if and when it is actually received.
