Common use of DESIGN SERVICES SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

DESIGN SERVICES SCHEDULE. 4.1.1 The Architect/Engineer will complete the phases of project development in accordance with the Architect/Engineer's Design Services Schedule included in Exhibit A .The Architect/Engineer shall submit for the Principal Representative's approval, a Project Design Services Schedule for the performance of the Architect/Engineer's services which may be adjusted as required, and which shall include allowances for the periods of time required for the Principal Representative's review and approval of submissions and for approvals of the authorities having jurisdiction over the project. This schedule, when approved by the Principal Representative, shall not, except for reasonable cause, be exceeded by the Architect/Engineer.
