Common use of Designated Account Clause in Contracts

Designated Account. Agent is authorized to make the Term Loans under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d). Borrower agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Loan requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Designated Account. Agent is authorized to make the Term Loans Advances under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d2.5(c). Borrower agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans Advances requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Advance, Agent Advance, or Swing Loan requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Agent is authorized to make the Term Loans Advances under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d2.2(d). Borrower Xxxxxxxx agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans Advances requested by Borrower Xxxxxxxx and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Advance or Swing Loan requested by Borrower Xxxxxxxx and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Loan Advance or Agent Advance requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Agent and the Lender Group is authorized to make the Term Loans Advances and issue the Letters of Credit under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person orPerson, or without instructions, instructions if pursuant to Section 2.6(d2.7(d). Administrative Borrower agrees to establish and shall maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans Advances requested by Borrower Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders Lender Group hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and BorrowerBorrowers, any Term Loan Advance requested by Borrower Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders Lender Group hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Advance or Swing Loan requested by Borrower Bxxxxxxx and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Agent is and the Lender Group are authorized to make the Term Loans Advances under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person orPerson, or without instructions, instructions if pursuant to Section 2.6(d2.4(c). Borrower agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans Advances requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders Lender Group hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Loan Advance requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders Lender Group hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Agent is authorized to make the Advances and the Term Loans Loan under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized authorized Person of Borrower or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d). Borrower agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Loans Advances requested by Borrower and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and Borrower, any Term Loan requested by Borrower Advance or Protective Advance and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.

Designated Account. Agent is authorized to make the Term Revolving Loans under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d). Borrower Parent agrees to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Term Revolving Loans requested by Borrower Xxxxxxxxx and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder. Unless otherwise agreed by Agent and BorrowerBorrowers, any Term Revolving Loan requested by Borrower Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder shall be made to the Designated Account.
