Common use of Designated Contact Persons Clause in Contracts

Designated Contact Persons. Each Party shall designate an individual who will be a primary point of contact for that Party and will have the authority to act and make decisions for that Party in all aspects of the Services, including PCRs. Customer shall make available all technical matter, data, information, operating supplies, and computer system(s), as reasonably required by Logicalis. Either Party may change its designated contact person by written notice to the other Party.
