Designated Obligations all Obligations of the Borrowers with respect to (a) principal and interest under the U.S. Revolver Loans, U.K. Revolver Loans, Canadian Revolver Loans, Overadvance Loans and Protective Advances, (b) unreimbursed drawings under Letters of Credit and interest thereon, and (c) fees under Sections 3.2.1, 3.2.2(a), 3.2.3(a), and 3.2.4(a).
Designated Obligations all Obligations of the Borrowers with respect to (i) principal and interest under the Loans, (ii) unreimbursed drawings, payments and disbursements under Letters of Credit and interest thereon and (iii) all fees due and payable under the Agreement and interest thereon.

(vi) Revolver Facilities: the facility established under the U.S. Revolver Commitments and the Canadian Revolver Commitments, and “Revolver Facility” means any one of such Revolver Facilities. (b)
