Common use of DESIGNATED TERM Clause in Contracts

DESIGNATED TERM. The Employee's employment hereunder shall commence on the date hereof, and shall continue until terminated in accordance with Section 4 hereof, provided that, subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the term of employment shall be at least until June 7, 2001 (such period being referred to herein as the "Designated Term"), and provided, further that from ---------- ---- and after June 8, 2001, subject to the provisions of Section 5 hereof, the Employee's employment hereunder shall be at will.
