Common use of Designation as Registry Operator Clause in Contracts

Designation as Registry Operator. Upon the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date as defined in Section 4.1 hereof, unless terminated pursuant to Article VI hereof, ICANN hereby designates MuseDoma as the sole registry operator for the TLD (“Registry Operator”). ICANN hereby delegates to Registry Operator the authority to develop policies for the TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(f) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Specification 12 of this Agreement.

Designation as Registry Operator. Upon the Effective Date, until the Expiration Date as defined in Section 4.1 hereof, unless terminated pursuant to Article VI hereof, ICANN hereby designates MuseDoma as the sole sponsoring organization and registry operator for the sponsored TLD (“"Registry Operator”"). ICANN hereby delegates to Registry Operator the authority to develop policies for the sponsored TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(f3.1(g) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Specification 12 Appendix S of this Agreement, including the designation of a technical operator for the TLD.

Designation as Registry Operator. ICANN hereby delegates to Registry Operator the authority to develop policies for the sponsored TLD consistent with the requirements of Section 3.1(f3.1(gf) of this Agreement and the provisions set forth in Specification Appendix SSpecification 12 of this Agreement, including the designation of a technical operator for the TLD.
