Designation of Advocate. Once the trust is funded, the Advocate is the person(s) responsible (e.g., parent, sibling, relative, Guardian, Representative Xxxxx, Power of Attorney, Beneficiary, Caseworker, Conservator, or other) for requesting disbursements and communicating information about the Beneficiary and the Trust.
