The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Secondary Each employee, where possible, shall be given at least ninety (90) days written notice of assignment to a secondary place of employment more than fifteen (15) miles from the employee’s principal place of employment. The employee shall be granted, upon written request, a conference with the person responsible for making the change to express concerns regarding such change. If the assignment to a secondary place of employment is made within a regular full-time appointment, the supervisor is encouraged to make an appropriate adjustment in the assignment in recognition of additional time spent traveling to a secondary place of employment.   • Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.
