Designation of Beneficiary and Post Retirement Beneficiary. (1) A Member’s Beneficiary is: (a) the person(s) or organization(s) designated by the Member in accordance with Subsection (2); or (b) if there is no one as described in paragraphs (a) and (b) in respect of the Member who is alive or in existence at the time of the Member’s death, the Member’s estate.
