Common use of Designation of Class Clause in Contracts

Designation of Class. A class of units of the Partnership is hereby authorized and designated as the "Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units" (the "Series B Preferred Units"). The Series B Preferred Units shall have the preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights, powers and duties that are set forth in this Addendum and to the extent permitted by this Addendum, established by the General Partner and set forth in any amendments to the Agreement or any amendments or annexes to this Addendum.

Designation of Class. A class of units of the Partnership is hereby authorized and designated as the "Series B A Cumulative Redeemable Convertible Preferred Units" (the "Series B A Preferred Units"). The Series B A Preferred Units shall have the preferences and relative, participating, optional or other special rights, powers and duties that are set forth in this Addendum and to the extent permitted by this Addendum, established by the General Partner and set forth in any amendments to the Agreement or any amendments or annexes to this Addendum.
