The Depositor hereby designates the Classes of Senior Certificates (other than the Class 1-A-R, Class 3-A-1, Class 30-IO Exchangeable Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates), the IO Components, the Class 3-A-1 Interest A-R Certificate and other than the right of the Class 3-A-11 and Class 3-A-16 Certificates to receive the Yield Maintenance Agreement Payments), the Classes of Subordinate Certificates as "regular interests" and the Class UR R-U Interest as the single class of "residual interest" in the Upper-Tier REMIC for the purposes of Code Sections 860G(a)(1) and 860G(a)(2), respectively. The Depositor hereby further designates (i) the Uncertificated Intermediate LowerMiddle-Tier Interests as classes of "regular interests" and the Class ILR R-M Interest as the single class of "residual interest" in the Intermediate LowerMiddle-Tier REMIC for the purposes of Code Sections 860G(a)(1) and 860G(a)(2), respectively and (ii) the Uncertificated Lower-Tier Interests as classes of "regular interests" and the Class LR X-X Interest as the single class of "residual interest" in the Lower-Tier REMIC for the purposes of Code Sections 860G(a)(1) and 860G(a)(2), respectively.
