Common use of Designation of Lease Providers Clause in Contracts

Designation of Lease Providers. When Lease Providers are designated for participation in the Contract, Contractor must provide OGS, in advance, with all necessary billing addresses, Federal Tax Identification Numbers, and NYS Vendor IDs, in the format requested below in Section B Lease Provider Information. The Lease Providers designated by the Contractor shall be identified in Appendix C: Number 1: Contractor Information, and posted on the Contract Award Notification page for Award 22898 on the OGS website.
