Common use of Designation of Principal Clause in Contracts

Designation of Principal. The A/E shall designate a principal of the firm reasonably satisfactory to HISD who shall, so long as employed by A/E and acceptable to HISD, remain in charge of architectural services through completion and be available for general consultation throughout the Project. Any replacement of that principal shall be approved in writing (which shall not be unreasonably withheld) by HISD, prior to replacement.
