Distributions of Principal. On each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee will (based on the information in the most recent Monthly Investor Report) pay any amounts allocated to principal under Section 8.2(c) in the following order of priority, in each case, applied pro rata according to the Note Balance of the Notes of that Class:
(i) first, to the Noteholders of Class A-1 Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class A-1 Notes has been reduced to zero;
(ii) second, to the Noteholders of Class A-2a and Class A-2b Notes, pro rata based on the respective Note Balances, in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class A-2a and Class A-2b Notes has been reduced to zero;
(iii) third, to the Noteholders of Class A-3 Notes, in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class A-3 Notes has been reduced to zero;
(iv) fourth, to the Noteholders of Class A-4 Notes, in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class A-4 Notes has been reduced to zero;
(v) fifth, to the Noteholders of Class B Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class B Notes has been reduced to zero;
(vi) sixth, to the Noteholders of Class C Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class C Notes has been reduced to zero; and
(vii) seventh, to the holder of the Residual Interest), any remaining amounts.
Distributions of Principal. (i) In the event that any First Priority Principal Payment, Second Priority Principal Payment, Third Priority Principal Payment or Regular Priority Principal Payment is required to be made on any Payment Date prior to the beginning of the Amortization Period pursuant to Section 8.2(c), such amounts will be deposited pursuant to such applicable clauses on such Payment Date into the Principal Funding Account, to the extent of Series 2022-1 Available Funds. Amounts, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account shall remain on deposit therein, except to be applied as follows:
(A) in the event that, immediately following distributions on any Payment Date (a) the Revolving Period is in effect and (b) the Series 2022-1 Allocated Pool Balance exceeds the Adjusted Series 50 Invested Amount for Series 2022-1, the amount of such excess (to the extent on deposit in the Principal Funding Account) will be withdrawn from the Principal Funding Account and remitted to the Distribution Account on the immediately succeeding Payment Date to be included as Series 2022-1 Available Funds on such immediately succeeding Payment Date;
(B) in connection with any Optional Redemption, amounts on deposit in the Principal Funding Account may be withdrawn and applied to pay any amounts due in connection therewith; or
(C) in the event that the Amortization Period is in effect immediately following distributions made on any Payment Date, amounts on deposit in the Principal Funding Account will be paid to the Noteholders on such Payment Date, sequentially by class, in the order set forth under Section 8.2(d)(ii), until the aggregate Note Balance of the Class A Notes, Class B Notes and Class C Notes is reduced to zero.
(ii) On each Payment Date during the Amortization Period, the Note Paying Agent will (based on the information in the most recent Monthly Investor Report) pay any amounts allocated to principal under Section 8.2(c) in the following order of priority, in each case, applied pro rata according to the Note Balance of the Notes of that Class:
(A) first, to the Noteholders of Class A Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class A Notes has been reduced to zero;
(B) second, to the Noteholders of Class B Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class B Notes has been reduced to zero;
(C) third, to the Noteholders of Class C Notes in payment of principal until the Note Balance of the Class C Notes has been reduced to zero; and
(D) fourth, ...
Distributions of Principal. With respect to each PC Pool, the Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, shall withdraw from the Custodial Account and shall distribute to each related Holder its pro rata share of principal collections with respect to the Mortgages in such PC Pool, including, if applicable, each Holder’s pro rata share of the aggregate amount of any Deferred Interest that has been added to the principal balance of the related Mortgages; provided, however, that with respect to guarantee payments, the Guarantor’s obligations herein shall be subject to its subrogation rights pursuant to Section 3.10. The Administrator may retain from any prepayment or delinquent principal payment on any Mortgage, for reimbursement to the Guarantor, any amount not previously received with respect to such Mortgage but paid by the Guarantor to the related Holders under its guarantee. For Mortgages purchased by the Depositor in exchange for PCs under its MultiLender Swap Program, the Depositor shall retain principal payments made on such Mortgages in the amount of any difference between the aggregate unpaid principal balance of the Mortgages as of delivery by the seller and the aggregate unpaid principal balance as of the PC Issue Date, and the Depositor shall purchase additional Mortgages with such principal payments; such additional Mortgages may or may not be included in the related PC Pool represented by the PCs received by the seller.
Distributions of Principal. With respect to each PC Pool, the Administrator, on behalf of the Trustee, shall withdraw from the Custodial Account and shall distribute to each related Holder its pro rata share of principal collections with respect to the Mortgages in such PC Pool, including, if applicable, each Holder’s pro rata share of the aggregate amount of any Deferred Interest that has been

On each Distribution Date (a) prior to the Stepdown Date or (b) on which a Trigger Event is in effect, distributions in respect of principal to the extent of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date will be made in the following amounts and order of priority:
(i) to the Holders of the Class A Certificates (allocated among the Class A Certificates in the priority described below), until the Certificate Principal Balances thereof have been reduced to zero;
(ii) to the Holders of the Class M-1 Certificates, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;
(iii) to the Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;
(iv) to the Holders of the Class M-3 Certificates, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;

II. On each Distribution Date (a) on or after the Stepdown Date and (b) on which a Trigger Event is not in effect, distributions in respect of principal to the extent of the Principal Remittance Amount for such Distribution Date will be made in the following amounts and order of priority:
(i) to the Holders of the Class A Certificates (allocated among the Class A Certificates in the priority described below), until the Senior Principal Distribution Amount has been distributed in full;
(ii) to the Holders of the Class M-1 Certificates, the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;
(iii) to the Holders of the Class M-2 Certificates, the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;
(iv) to the Holders of the Class M-3 Certificates, the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount, until the Certificate Principal Balance thereof has been reduced to zero;

Distributions of Principal. (a) This Escrow Agreement -------------------------- contemplates that, subject to the provisions of Section 7, the principal balance of the Escrow Deposit be distributed to MH, AJH and LCH as follows:
(i) If Xxxxx Shares are sold before the first anniversary of the date hereof, any proceeds of such sale exceeding the Adjusted First Year Minimum Escrow Balance (as determined on the date of such sale) will be distributed to MH. "Adjusted First Year Minimum Escrow Balance" means, with respect to the Escrow Deposit an aggregate principal balance or fair market value, as the case may be, of $5 million, less any amounts paid to Xxxxx before the first anniversary of the date hereof.
