Common use of DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER Clause in Contracts

DESIGNATION OF PROJECT MANAGER. The COUNTY agrees after the execution of this Agreement to promptly advise the CONSULTANT, in writing, of the person designated to serve and act as the COUNTY'S PROJECT MANAGER pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.13 of this Agreement. Such notification shall be provided to the CONSULTANT by the COUNTY'S DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR. Guidelines to the CONSULTANT regarding requirements the COUNTY has established or suggests relative to the Project including, but not limited to such items as: goals, objectives, constraints, and any special financial, budgeting, space, site, operational, equipment, technical, construction, time and scheduling criteria are set forth in attached EXHIBIT "E", entitled "PROJECT GUIDELINES AND CRITERIA".
