DESIGNEES FOR INSTRUCTIONS. Purchaser, may, by notice to the Escrow Agent, designate one or more persons who will execute notices and from whom the Escrow Agent may take instructions hereunder. Such designations may be changed from time to time upon notice to the Escrow Agent from Purchaser. The Escrow Agent will be entitled to rely conclusively on any notices or instructions from any person so designated by Purchaser.
