Destruction by Common Safekeeper Sample Clauses
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGN Temporary Global Note and NGN Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation (provided that, if the Fiscal Agent is the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall destroy each NGN Temporary Global Note and NGN Permanent Global Note in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) and furnish the Issuer with confirmation of such destruction); and
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy the Temporary Global Note and the Permanent Global Note in accordance with Clause 4.2 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note and Permanent Global Note) or Clause 7.1 (Payments by the Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall, upon request, furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation; and
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGN Temporary Global Note and NGN Permanent Global Note, or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation and furnish the Issuer with confirmation of such destruction); and

Destruction by Common Safekeeper. The Registrar may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy a mutilated or defaced Class A Note or a Class A Note in registered definitive form in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction by the Common Safekeeper, the Registrar shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of the confirmation of destruction received by it from the Common Safekeeper.
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond and NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond, or a Global Registered Covered Bond to be held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Covered Bond) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation (provided that, if the Fiscal Agent is the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall destroy each NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond and NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond in accordance with Clause 4.11 (Exchange of Temporary Global Covered Bond) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) and furnish the Issuer with confirmation of such destruction); and
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGN Temporary Global Instrument and NGN Permanent Global Instrument in accordance with Clause 4.11 or Clause 7.1 in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Issue and Paying Agent shall furnish the Issuer and the Guarantor with a copy of such confirmation (provided that, if the Issue and Paying Agent is the Common Safekeeper, the Issue and Paying Agent shall destroy each NGN Temporary Global Instrument and NGN Permanent Global Instrument in accordance with Clause 4.11 or Clause 7.1 and furnish the Issuer and the Guarantor with confirmation of such destruction); and
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGN Temporary Global Note and NGN Permanent Global Note or a Global Registered Note to be held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 3.10 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note), 3.11 (Exchange of Permanent Global Note), 3.12 (Exchange of Global Registered Note) or Clause 7.1 (Payments by Paying Agents) or Clause 8.3 (Cancellation) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Principal Paying Agent or, as the case may be, the Registrar, shall upon written request furnish the relevant Issuer and, if applicable, the Guarantor with a copy of such confirmation (provided that, if the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar (as applicable) is the Common Safekeeper, the Principal Paying Agent or the Registrar (as applicable) shall destroy each NGN Temporary Global Note, NGN Permanent Global Note and/or Global Registered Note held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 3.10 (Exchange of Temporary Global Note),
Destruction by Common Safekeeper may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy the Temporary Global Bond and the Permanent Global Bond in accordance with Clause 4.2 (Exchange of Temporary Global Bond and Permanent Global Bond) or Clause 7.1 (Payments by the Paying Agents) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Principal Paying Agent shall furnish the Issuer and the Guarantor with a copy of such confirmation; and
Destruction by Common Safekeeper. The Fiscal Agent may instruct the Common Safekeeper in accordance with Clauses 3.4 and 3.5 to destroy the Temporary Global Bond and the Global Bond in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation; and
