Common use of Destruction by Common Safekeeper Clause in Contracts

Destruction by Common Safekeeper. may instruct the Common Safekeeper to destroy each NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond and NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond, or a Global Registered Covered Bond to be held under the NSS in accordance with Clause 4.10 (Exchange of Temporary Global Covered Bond) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by the Paying Agent) in which case, upon receipt of confirmation of destruction from the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall furnish the Issuer with a copy of such confirmation (provided that, if the Fiscal Agent is the Common Safekeeper, the Fiscal Agent shall destroy each NGCB Temporary Global Covered Bond and NGCB Permanent Global Covered Bond in accordance with Clause 4.10 (Exchange of Temporary Global Covered Bond) or Clause 8.1 (Payments by the Paying Agent) and furnish the Issuer with confirmation of such destruction); and
