Common use of Destruction of Classified Information Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Classified Information. 1. Classified Information shall be destroyed after having been recognized as no longer necessary insofar as to prevent its reconstruction in whole or in part. 2. Information classified as VISIŠKAI SLAPTAI / VRLO TAJNO / TOP SECRET shall not be destroyed, except in cases referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article. Such Classified Information shall be returned to the Originating Party. 3. The Receiving Party shall notify the Originating Party about the destruction of information classified as SLAPTAI / TAJNO / SECRET. 4. In case of crisis situation, which makes it impossible to protect or return Classified Information generated or exchanged under this Agreement, the Classified Information shall be destroyed immediately. The Receiving Party shall notify the National Security Authorities of both Parties about this destruction as soon as possible.

In case of crisis situation, a crisissituation in which makes it is impossible to protect or return Classified Information exchanged or generated or exchanged under this Agreement, the Classified Information shall be destroyed immediately. The immediately and the Receiving Party shall notify inform the National Security Authorities Authority of both Parties the Originating Party about this destruction as soon as possible.
