Common use of Destruction of Data Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or XXX’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or XXXLEA’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Other than as permitted herein, Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or obtained and/or transfer said data to LEA School Unit or XXXSchool Unit’s designee, according to a schedule and procedure as the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the dispositionparties may reasonable agree upon.

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement upon receipt of written request from LEA when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or XXX’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 56, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Destruction of Data. Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement upon receipt of written request from LEA when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or XXX’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition, except for backups as noted above.

Provider shall destroy or delete all Student Data obtained under the underthe Service Agreement Agreement, after written request from LEA and when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or transfer said data to LEA or XXX’s designee, according to the procedure identified in Article IV, section 5, above. Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Provider shall be permitted to retain a copy of Student Data in accordance with Clause 5.b above.

Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the dispositiondisposal work authorized under the Service Agreement other than Data retained as the result of a request by a student or their parent or guardian to create an individual account and retain such student’s Data.

Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.

Nothing in the Service Agreement authorizes Provider to maintain Student Data beyond the time period reasonably needed to complete the disposition.
